The entire block is glued to the TVs and their computer monitors to watch the news of the two planes crashing into the New York's World Trade Center building. I just saw how the entire building collapsed into dust and rubbles.

How many people died today. Pray for them.

...... on Tuesday, September 11, 2001, 10:56 p.m.

Second day of school, and starting to stress. I have so many things happening this week that I'm getting a headache just by thinking of my schedule. The worst day is Thursday. I have : an Annual General Meeting to attend (which will be at least 3 hours long), TWO Bible study sessions (each would at least take 2 hours of my time), choir supper (where I have to prepare some food AND a performance), birthday supper with my fellow Indonesians (which I really don't want to miss), AND I have to study for a midterm on Saturday and hand in a homework on Friday, both for a class whose text book I've barely touched before. Worst of all, the things will only happen after 6 pm, overlapping each other, how am I going to be in 2 places at the same time? And I need 8-hour sleep!!!!

I was screeching at everyone who has come to tell me that I need to do something or attend something and shoved my organizer under his/her nose to let him/her see my schedule. I'm not an important person, really. I don't hold many positions, but somehow I get tangled into lots of things, particularly informal things *frown* *frown* How do I untangle myself? Many people have told me that it's because I can't say no to other people's request, and it's true that I rarely say no, but I -CAN- say no. I find all the things I'm involved in equally interesting and I enjoy them most of the time. Even meetings can be fun since it gives me a chance to meet my fellow members whom I don't get much chance to see regularly (and then we'll yak and yak all through the meeting with hushed voices hahaha...). Supper is pretty much a culture here especially since everyone's so busy in the day and night with school stuff and activities that the only time I can meet my friends and have a nice chat is through suppers. Okay, maybe I'm a bit greedy, wanting to join everything (that's me, really ^^;) so I guess I'll have to turn some of the things down. Settle my priority *nod nod*. Rearrange my schedule *nod nod*. Study *cringe cringe*. And I shall not even begin worrying over spreading myself thin and not giving my best in everything I do.

Sorry, just whining there. I feel like whining because I'm still in a holiday mood (ie, slacking mood) and apparently I'm not allowed to feel that way. Bleh.

*whines* on Tuesday, September 11, 2001, 10:50 a.m.

I'm in such a hyper mood today. And I didn't even drank coffee today. Could it be the Coco Freeze. Hmmmm.... I even got many many things I've been procrastinated doing done today. It took me a few trips around campus to get things done (I'm really sick of all the stairs here and YES! the 4th floor entrance to the Central Library, whose Main Shelves are located on the -2nd- floor, is starting to annoy me again...), but I did them and I'm so proud of myself now LOL. Anyway, it's 8 pm. I still have to : 1) shower, 2) study, 3) read some books, and 4) go to a 2-hr choir practice *_* BTW, hall food tasted very nice tonight. Is it because I haven't eaten it for more than a week? =D My mother and my darling aunts are leaving for Bangkok tomorrow. And they've only told me about it like, a couple of days ago when I was wondering aloud WHY all four sisters are here in Singapore. My mom and aunts have all the fun in the world :P It's not fair. Any idea what I can ask them to bring back for me from Bangkok? =D

Sometimes I hate having a one-syllable name >_< It's so damn easy to remember, amidst the lines and lines of difficult Chinese names in the class' list and the teachers seem to have the knack of memorizing my name and how I look easily. For someone who skips classes regularly like me, that's not a good thing. My Philo tutor knows me so well, it's scary. So does my Writing teacher. ("One more absence and you're barred from the final exam, OKAAAYYY??!!")

Cecile, thank you so much for the information (and for signing my guestbook!) *glomps* Boleh ajarin Jepang dong? Hehehehe~~

monday hyper monday -- on Monday, September 10, 2001, 08:03 p.m.

School's starting tomorrow. I have projects and midterms coming and I haven't done or studied at all >.< But somehow I don't feel the need to do them hahahaha~ *frown* I -do- have a project meeting early tomorow morning but I can't remember what I'm supposed to prepare beforehand OR what we're going to do tomorrow. I know I do need to reread Descartes' Meditations again tonight. Tomorrow's Philosophy lecture notes is 18-pages long @.@ And why is there a Kepler-ian astronomy lesson in it? Philo class is getting more and more fun XD

Hmm~ I just remember about the Japan Language Proficiency Test (JLPT, or the Nouryokushikken). Lucky I decided to check about it just now, else I'd miss the Sept 21 deadline for registering. I'm in a bit of a indecisiveness here. Should I take only the level 3 test, or both level 3 and 2? I remember a friend of mine took two-level tests at the same time last year, so it should be possible. I don't know about the timing, though. I thought all levels tests will be held on the same hour. I'll ask my friend again about it. I took a look at the sample questions for both levels just now and level 2 Kanji is damn difficult @.@ And I don't know whether my Listening can make it (although I think all the anime MUST help somehow). Look at last year's stats here. In total, there were more people who failed than those who passed. But it's not surprising that more people passed level 4, as for the other levels...... dear Lord, are they THAT difficult? *note to self : must do some practice questions beforehand* Ah, anyway, my Jap is getting rusty... but I'm starting my class again next week so hopefully it'll all come back to me.

Yin, I'm glad school's not so bad. Brit Lit class sounds interesting!
Kenchan, I forgot to say that I really like the Tomoyo layout, why did you have to change it so soon??!!
Nee-chan, I just realized that you're never online on the ICQ anymore. BTW, Amakusa 1637's kanji and their lack of little hiragana is a bit difficult ^_^ I'd do the translation, except it takes too much of my time because I need to refer to my dictionary lots of times ^^;; Since you asked about vol 2, it'll be out around Nov 26, so Petit Flower site says.

okashi no uta is definitely my favourite song! on Sunday, September 9, 2001, 10:55 p.m.

Here I am now back in my hall room for a brief moment only. I have a Bible-study-kind-of-thing coming up in half an hour at my leader's room at PGP, so I'm here to get my Bible actually ^_^ But since I have time, I might as well check my mails and continue my blog reading.

Charlene, my favourite RK pairing must be Battousai x Tomoe =D So, YES!, I adore your new layout. And purple is definitely Tomoe's colour. I think it's a doujinshi picture, is it? Or a fan art at least. Oh and I haven't visited your Mint page because, uh, I can't afford to get hooked on a new series now *is completely broke and STILL need to pay for tuition fee for the next 2 years* And I like Bjork a lot XD
Hikaru, your new layout is so spiffy~~!!!!!! *admires*
Nee-chan, I like this layout better than the previous one XD And I'm sorry if I stabbed you with me SMS XD I had just finished transferring my Indonesian phone numbers to my Singaporean SIM card this morning so~~~ XD
Pei-yi, *laughs* I imagine if you apply, then it'll be something like HanaKimi. ....... What are you waiting for??? APPLY NOW!!!!!! XD
Yin, what was the last email you got from me, BTW?

Errrhhh... need to memorize verses, need to memorize verses *sweatdrop* I'm lousy in memorizing verses. I keep substituting the words with my own words ^^; Gotta go now!

Ephesians 2 : 8 - 10 on Friday, September 7, 2001, 06:27 p.m.

I'm at my aunt's place right now and will be staying here for a couple of days, I think. I left my laptop in my room at the hall, so right now I'm using my cousin's spiffy super-fast, cable-modemed, 1024 resolution PC *grin* I'm taking advantage that he and his gang of boys are downstairs swimming myahahaha~~

I just got back from Kinokuniya (which is, like, 10 mins walk from this apartment *grin*) and bought HanaKimi 15. Kino didn't have it on their shelves, so I went to the counter and told them I want to order it, but then the person checked the computer and went to get it for me from the store room. I asked her why it's not on the shelves and she said, "Oh, it's because we haven't displayed it yet." *rolls eyes* How stupid is that. It means all this time it was THERE in the store room and who knows when they're going to put it out. Don't they know SPEED is everything? Sheesh. They need to learn Operations Management (which, BTW, a subject I despised whole-heartedly). Then I SMS-ed Minli to ask her whether she wanted one too. She did, and so I went back to the counter but the person I talked to earlier wasn't there so a Jap guy spoke to me. He went off to check it and came back saying it was out of stock. I was like, "WHAT? But I just got my copy a few minutes ago!!!" So I walked around Kino with my eyes glued to my mobile scree, busily SMS-ing Minli the whole time then it struck me that the guy must have checked the shelves, not the store room. So I went back to the counter and spotted the first person who got me my copy and asked her to get me one more. And she did. Kino really has a lame service >_< Minli's reply to me was "Ppl at Kino are not really smart sometimes....." LOL

Asuka 9 and 10 has a copy which was unwrapped so I read them there ^_^ Arashi and Sorata are sooooooo sweet =D Hyakuman Tsubu no Namida, the series where that person in this layout is from, is getting confusing *frown* But then again I merely browse through it. It's like a dual parallel reality story and I *still* don't know whether the main character is male or female. Can someone enlighten me, please?

Nee-chan, have I gotten you hooked on Amakusa 1637? *evil grin*
Yin, I love both new layouts at DCN and Frazzled!

Ah, my cousin is here, so later!

Errr.... on Friday, September 7, 2001, 04:15 p.m.

Kenchan, I have Gravi 6, BTW. But I copied it from a guy who d/l-ed it from IRC, so how am I going to pass it to you??
Felisha, such a brilliant layout! You really like bright colours, huh? your layout makes mine seems so shabby and plain >_<
Shiori, current layout is a bit... different ^_^ It's white! At first I thought the background hadn't loaded or something.
Nee-chan, yes, the arm is fine! It was just a momentary kind of thing~ Or maybe it was because I've been spending too much time in front of the computer. I seriously think I should cut back on my Net time. I'm not getting anything done around here because of it. Ah~ the evils of Internet.

*blinks* on Thursday, September 6, 2001, 12:34 a.m.

Tadaima~~ tsukarete dakedo.. *_*

Ah, I had fun at camp. I didn't go initially. On Monday morning I couldn't get out of my bed to actually pack my stuff and leave so I told them I wouldn't be joining because I was still sick. Around 6 pm, Arief and Pras called and launched their deadliest persuasion techniques to make me come. So I came, all the way to the other side of the island, with my Paracetamol supply.

After camp finished today, I went straight to the Anime Club first committee gathering. Met all the new comm members. They're great people! I didn't interview them or choose them so I haven't met any of them at all (well, except for several people whom I recognized from visiting our booth or screening or manga course). Our comm's very diverse this year *_* We have one more Indonesian, a China girl, a Vietnamese and a Malaysian. Last year the only foreigners we had were just us 3 Indonesians =D And as I suspected, there are more girls than guys. Whoo~ ^_~

The Publications people went to work immediately, while the rest of us lazed around, eating pizzas and watching anime. I've forgotten how fun it is to watch anime with friends. Watching anime has long been a solitary, individual business for me, and I've forgotten all the hysterics and amusing comments one can hear when watching an anime LOL We watched CCS 2nd movie, never mind most of us have already watched it several times. And guess who still went into hyper mode when watching it XD Not to mention the "Touya! Touya!!!" Then we watched YamiEi ep 1 and when I left, they were watching Violinist of Hameln OVA.

Selene : Not YamiEi, please! The story sucks, the dialogue's so corny and Tsuzuki's coat hurts my eyes!
LM : But, but, but.. it's Miki Shinichirou! I *have to* buy it just for the sake of his voice.
A. : And Muraki is so... *sparklies* He's sick, psychotic, and perverted but he's so cool~~! And his coat is cooler than Tsuzuki's!
Selene : He's so perverted it's not cool anymore *cringe*
A. : You can have your delusion with Touya being straight and I can have mine with Muraki, okay?!
Selene : Ah, err... *major sweatdrops*

Really, I should watch anime with them more often XD XD 'Tis fun.

Errhh.. I pulled a muscle in my forearm while typing just now... Now I can't type with my right hand >.< How weird.

Tin-sama, get well soon~~~

making an entrance on Tuesday, September 4, 2001, 09:38 p.m.

Some people actually seached for selene at Google to get to this page. Look at this one : www.selenesilverwind.com (Nee-chan!!!! LOL LOL LOL). selene.net is an Italian tourism (?) page, selene.com is some design company website, while www.selene.gr is a Greek restaurant XD At least my results aren't as err... X-rated as Kara's. And oh hey, selene.org is not taken yet. Muahahaha. Time for bed again.

*blink blink* I just woke up from sleeping since 6 pm. Hee hee. I was supposed to go to the Gospel Rally today (my entire church went there today), but I didn't think I could make it so I didn't go. I went to my aunt's place for lunch though and spent some time there being pampered by the nanny hahaha... The nanny had been a nanny to a couple of my other younger cousins before she took care of this one here so she has known me for many years now. She knows what I like and what I don't like well, hence I can be sure she won't serve me chicken (or anything else gross). Hell, she probably knows what every cousin of mine likes as well ^_^ My aunt was not there in the afternoon, she just arrived tonight. My mother and another aunt are coming on Thursday ^_^x Yay! Good food, healthy life, here I come!!!!!

Oh, and I'm leaving on a short 2-day, 1-night camp tomorrow. It's the ISCF freshmen camp whose publicity I was working on =) Then on Tuesday right after camp I need to rush to the Anime Club's new committee first gathering. (You know why I like to tell you all about my schedule here? Mainly because I need to recall it as well hahaha.. ) I'm Vice-chairperson this year, BTW, although I prefer to be publicity director but because almost every senior is moving into publicity, they don't want ME as their head and thought a freshman as a head would be good for future succession purposes and so they decided I should be VC instead >_< I know, they're weird. We all are. Hahaha. Speaking of the club, our site has been updated for this month. The reviews for this month are Trigun and Hikaru no Go ^_^x Check them out!

Anne-nee, I wuv Nee-chan! *glomps*
Kenchan, I'm alright, don't worry!! It's only flu (of course, people long long time ago used to die of flu but let's not worry you more hahaha...)

:: Bjork's Vespertine album :: on Sunday, September 2, 2001, 11:56 p.m.

Ooh. 12 hours of sleep. Yummy XD

Ashley, I understand with what you're saying. I have a lil problem with people I know in real life reading my blog too. I mean, I might say something about them and it won't be very nice if they read it. And if I know they read my log, I won't be free to say anything about them so when I want to tell my online friends about something, I'm limited to ICQ or MSN chats. Only a few authorized friends in real life read this log, these are the people whom I absolutely have nothing bad to talk about and I'm sure they wouldn't mind when I DO say something bad about them =D (doncha, daddy dear?) And who wouldn't mind someone saying good things about them? XD

It's funny how I separate my online life and my so-called real life. You know, when I attended some event and get to meet new people, they'd ask "What do you like to do?" and I'd answer "Oh, read books, sleep, go out, watch movies.... regular stuff." I do not tell people that "I spend about 10 hours in front of my computer, surfing, chatting, and sometimes I make websites." It's not lying, because I really do enjoy reading and all the other stuff. But I guess I'm giving them that kind of answer to avoid future problems. It is an EASY answer, not the entire truth, "because it is easier for me to do so" [Arjuna ep 6].

But it doesn't mean I'm a fake person, online or offline. I always try to present myself the way I am and be truthful to myself and other people. I, like everybody else, have many facets of myself, and it is only natural that some people get see some parts of me (good AND bad) that other people don't get to see, and vice versa.

On to BBS ^_^x
Hikaru, welcome back!
Anne, CDs? You're going to send me some CDs to my house? *sparkly eyes* X OVA? *tearful pleading pretty blinking eyes* And yeah, I think I need to lose the habit of taking midnight shower. I wonder why Cammy doesn't get sick when she takes midnight shower -_-
Charlene!, the layout at Shizukeza is AMAZING! *_* Happy 1 year anniversary!
Elyse, a BMW? Wow. May I get a ride in it? =D
Mad, I can open seiryuuNU's index page just now. Nice pink layout! =D
YINNNNN, e-mail me oiiiiiiiii~~~!!!
Isabela, I love the layout *sparkles* 'Tis pretty! Florence is one place I *have* to go someday and I like blue~~! ^_^x

:: Bells For Her :: on Sunday, September 2, 2001, 12:52 p.m.

Hello, Flu Virus my old friend. Haven't seen you in 3 months, was wondering where you've gone to =)

Yeah, it's the flu again. Must be because of the lack of sleep last night and the uh, 12-something midnight shower last night before bed, which included washing my hair. And I *did* notice I've been having runny nose for a couple of days but somehow I decided to ignore it and missed the sign it's trying to give. Whoops. My mistake. Heh heh. Anyway, please don't wish me well, because I'd feel like I'm terminally ill. It's just a flu, nothing modern medicine and ample rest won't work on XD So.... I guess it's bedtime for me now. Nite nite.

fluuuuuuuuuu on Saturday, September 1, 2001, 10:15 p.m.

IT'S MIDTERM BREAK!
Whoo~~ XD
No, no big plan for me. After all, midterm exams and projects await me once school starts again.
I'll settle with sleeping for now =D

lazy hot saturday afternoon on Saturday, September 1, 2001, 02:32 p.m.

My Writing group just sent me a revised version of the questionnaire I wrote last night, as well as the revised report outline. WE'RE CHANGING TOPIC?? I didn't agree on the initial topic either and the argument yesterday was about whether we're changing or not and we settled with NOT changing and suddenly today they just woke up from their beds and thought, "hey, let's change!" I feel my breath was being wasted yesterday -_-

Anne-nee, my midterm break is in September, not October ^_^x I usually go home every break but since this time I have too many commitments to tie me here, I can't go. I want to, though =(

writing report evaluation on Thursday, August 30, 2001, 11:26 p.m.

The person whom I usually copy my anime from doesn't have Chikyuu Shoujo Arjuna after episode 7. I've watched all 7 now and I like the series a lot. The plot's a bit flawed here and there, but I like the message contained in the story and the "effects". The portrayal of the spiritual world is fabulous. I especially like the floating words in episode 7. It's powerful if the viewer understands the meaning of the words. The same person also doesn't have Yami no Matsuei after episode 3... I found someone who has, but I forgot his computer name >.< I'll try to look for him again later. One thing that irritates me in Yami : Tsuzuki's coat >.< It's so bulky and irritating, especially when the wind is blowing. It's so heavy for my eyes (?) LOL. And I actually don't really like the story in the anime and the dialogues are so corny, but Toshi told me the manga is much better so maybe I'll give it a try someday.

drinking honey pearl milk tea on Thursday, August 30, 2001, 05:45 p.m.

Had a group project meeting today for Writing class. It was horrendously horrible *rolls eyes* WHY are my group mates acting so immature??!! I hate to be the responsible one. I'd rather be the slacker of the group hahaha... Now I have to finish this stupid questionnaire by tonight, just because my group mates decided they'd rather squibble and throw tantrums at each other instead of finishing it. Hm, maybe I'll finish it later, after watching Angel on TV. Nyahahaha~~ Oh midterm break, midterm break, wherefore art thou? *counting the days* I will still be busy with camp things when midterm break starts, but afterwards, I hope I can still relax, go out and shop like mad XD I want to go home though ;__; I miss my mom and my dog =(

=( on Wednesday, August 29, 2001, 10:35 p.m.

My connection is very slow today *grits teeth* I had a layout idea today for my personal site, as well as a new name for it XD A full day of Philosophy did that to me. And when I got back, I found Madison's entry in my gbook =D Thanks, dear! I don't have time to make it today. Besides, I haven't found the perfect image to use yet. I was thinking of using a GREEN image but I think two green concurrent layouts is enough. I have to prepare for a presentation tomorrow, attend a meeting, call up a dozen people, and try to pacify my publicity head (I already fed her my made-in-Japan chocolate Pocky this afternoon) while trying not to tear my own hair out in frustration and stress (I already fed myself icecream and coffee today). I am not stressed. I am not stressed. I am not stressed. Really.

Jen just sent me her webcam pic... hee hee hee... truffie Jen =P It's cute!
Finally Tin-sama moved her log! XD We get to see Tin's pretty layouts again. Yay~~~
Kenchan also moved her log but everyone knew that hahaha~~ Kenchan, genki dashite!
Anne-nee, all talks of bishounens really perked your ears up, huh? I don't have a pic of my ex-chairperson OR my Philo professor XD But my professor is terribly good-looking ^_^ I've noticed many people have stopped going to the lecture (what are they thinking!?), leaving me many many seats to sit in front OHOHOHOHOHO~~ ^.^~
I wonder where Yukimi is...
Ashley, I keep forgetting to tell you that you have an impressive pic in your layout XD

Oh my one-week midterm break, please hurry up!!!!

clt : Laura Fygi & Maaya Sakamoto songs

What I was working on last week for ISCF freshmen camp publicity campaign. The left one is an invitation, the right one is a notepad design (for souvenir). They're quite simple little things actually, but the process of making them took a lot of my time since I had to consolidate the design with the rest of the publicity team. The notepad design was at first an idea for a poster or invitation, hence the advertisement look ^^; (I'm a real Marketing major, oh yeah =D) The theme for the camp is "Mold/Shape and Use Me", which explains the notepad's message and the invitation's vase shape.

The Natsu Matsuri yesterday was so fun. It was held at the Jap School at Changi and it's a very big school. [Lex, there are actually a lot of Japanese living in Singapore. There's another Jap school right across my university so I often see the school children on the bus.] The matsuri was held at its athletic field and there were so many people! Nearly all Japanese in Singapore must have come and most of them were wearing yukatas. The little children were so cute~~~! There were also many non-Japanese like us who came. A few even wore yukatas too. Now I know where to wear my yukata to if I have one =D There were lots of Japanese food, some performances, games, and folk dances. I had so much fun.

You guys should look out for Sigfried (sp?) of Soul Caliber 2 at this year's cosplay. Oh, and don't worry, I didn't tell him anything XD Actually, the chairperson after him was a girl. The upcoming chairperson is also a girl. I think our club's committee members are mostly girls ^^; Even the reviews at our website are mostly shoujo genre, due to many female reviewers. We met the Temasek Poly Anime Club committee members during our screening a few weeks ago and they only have 2 girls in their comm @.@ Speaking of screening, the NTU anime club is having their screening this week on Mon, Wed, and Thu, with different shows every day. They invited us to come but I think I'm a lil busy this week *checks agenda* so I don't think I can go ;__;

stressing on Philo paper on Sunday, August 26, 2001, 10:42 p.m.

I woke up late for my class again today. I woke up at 9 yesterday when my class was at 8 and I was supposed to hand in my report too. Needless to say, yesterday was a bit of a mess. But I hope I got all things cleared up. Today, however, was my Plant Biotech lecture. It's actually okay if I don't show up, but since it's a class I chose out of my free will, I don't want to miss any and I'm angry at myself for it. I woke up at *11* when my neighbours were talking loudly in front of my door, wondering where I was, since one of them is in the same class and she didn't see me in class.

It's not that I didn't turn on my alarm. I did. Somehow I must have automatically sleep-walked to it (I put it on the table across me), turned it off, and promptly went back to sleep. And I don't remember turning it off. ARGH!! This is frustrating. I had no problem waking up the week before, but this week there were a couple very long block meetings that lasted until quite late. Meetings are not tiring, you just sit there and listen and occasionally talk, but I feel very tired through everything. I spoke to a freshman yesterday and she wisely pointed out to me that I must be mentally tired instead of physically, since I've grown so sick of hall life. I used to really enjoy hall life, honestly. And well, I feel rather sad that I am losing it.

Jumping to a different topic, I really really REALLY like Angelic Layer's Itchan =D Probly the most comic CLAMP character I've seen so far.
Fangirl #1 : It's a man standing on a sakura tree!
Fangirl #2 : He has specs!
Fangirl #3 : He's wearing a lab coat!
Fangirl #4 : It's Seishirou! *starts swooning*
Fangirl #5 : NO~! It's........
Fangirls : ITCHAN-SAN!!!!!!!!!!!! (insert high-pitched female squealings, screams, hysterics, etc here)

Lex, there's only one Jap book store in Singapore now, Kinokuniya at Takashimaya, the so-called biggest book store in SE Asia. Next summer break will be next year, ne? Don't forget to give me a call when you're here =D
Yin, thanks for the sweet guestbook entry. I'll ..err.. start working on it ASAP.
Anne, get well soon!

Because I should be sleeping, but I'm not. A survey swiped from V-chan :
WALLET : Thick dark brown leather Esprit, a gift from my mother
HAIR BRUSH : Black loose-toothy comb. From Body Shop, I think
TOOTH BRUSH : White and pale blue Oral B
JEWELRY : Silver necklace with a thick but short cross pendant, from Perlini's silver
SHOES : White/dark blue Nike. I wear it EVERYWHERE.
KEYCHAIN : A keychain my friend got me from her university, the University of Kansas, with my name on it
MOUSE PAD : I have a laptop, I use touch pad.
PRINTER : HP Deskjet 640C
SCANNER : Canon N650 U
LAMP : Lots of neon in my hall room, but I have my own bedside lamp for me to read before I sleep. A transparent turquoise green lamp from Ikea.
MOBILE PHONE : Turquoise green Motorola L-series
PHONE : A plain-looking blue plastic phone. With CORDS.
COMPUTER : Sony VAOI F420 laptop.
FAVOURITE PANTS : My black flare jazz pants

The morale of the story is : brand-awareness in inevitable due to market and product globalization. At least my Nike shoes is Indonesian-made. I don't feel cheated like most people do, it's the fact of economies of scale, and hey, it contributed to Indonesia's GDP anyway. I'll refrain from going on, because I have an 8 am class tomorrow and I need to wake up ^^;

New layout =D

Charlene, that drool-worthy Lucifer is my ex-chairperson in the NUS Anime Club. His name's Cedric, a 3rd year Biology major. I don't think he's attached, though.
Yin, *laughs* I know how that is, Yin. I often have people talking about me in Indonesian because they think I'm not Indonesian. Many people here says I look more Singaporean than Indonesian, except for my accent.
Lex, oh wow, I just found out that you linked me! Thank you~~! I like your layout =D
Emily, welcome back! Wow, you've shopped a lot! ^_^x
J, where are you? I'm WAY behind with my mails, I know.
Shiori, I really like the HeeroxDuo pic on your layout, although I'm far from being an 1x2 fan.
Jess, oh wow what a nice DN Angel picture! *drools*
Catherine, you mean you live near Clementi? OMG, Clementi is like NUS students transit station hahaha... Anyway, I like buying pearl tea there too. Sometimes I especially go there just to buy tea, much to everyone's amazement and amusement.

I *know* I'm forgetting a few people to BBS to, but I gotta run for tutorial now. More later. Meanwhile, Singaporeans, check out the Club's message board. Haruhiko Mikimoto, manga artist of Macross and Gundam, will be in town to give a workshop at Temasek Poly, as well as an autograph session at Kino. And yes, Natsu Matsuri is on this Saturday at Changi Jap School. Anybody wants to come?

Current layout taken from Hyakuman Tsubu no Namida by Kazumi Yuana, scanned from ASUKA 7. I don't know who this guy's name is, haven't really read the story ^_^x But it looks like an interesting story! Anyway, please don't mind the shadows on the pic; I was too lazy to do something about it. The entire layout was made while listening to Maaya Sakamoto songs; particularly Mameshiba, Bike, Koucha and Kuuki to Hoshi.
